Ionic Bricked after reset and update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Ionic suddenly powered down and when I charged it full it was not synced with the hour, nor the IPhone, also not connecting to Bluetooth, so I read on the forums that a suggested solution would be to do an repairing, did it but after the PIN request it didn't connect, back again in the forums they suggested to do a factory reset, went for it, it paired and connected and started an update, with the Ionic hooked to a power source it started to download it, more than a half downloaded and it went black, checked the power source, everything fine I was thinking it needed time, but guess what? Nope, it didn't come back 😞

Any ideas to make a come back from the dead?

A warm welcome to the Community @fcolomas. Thanks for the details mentioned. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried.

Thank you for the research done before posting. It's pretty weird that your display isn't working after you performed the factory reset. I would like you to try to restart it and make sure you're fully charging it

If you get the display to work, then please set it up again to your account.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you need further assistance.

Hi! Thanks a lot, I forgot to mention that I charged it all the night, already tried the reset, two buttons, 3 buttons, nothing happens, any other methods that I should try before completely lost my hope? 🙁
