My ionic started to buzz and show a scree that shows screen wake and notifications every few seconds. I restarted it. It is draining my batteries since the display shows every single time it buzzes. I will hit the back button and it will buzz immediately. Help.

I just reset to factory settings and that seemed to do the trick. To do that go to the settings app on your watch and then to about and then factory reset. You will lose your data so I sync'd first and restored my data. I did lose the music and other things.

You have to delete your ionic from the Fitbit app and then restart the process of adding it back. However, it just started buzzing again so the reset is not a fix. SORRY.

@carrowred I just sent a message to a moderator. Hopefully, we will get a fix soon!

fancy a jog lol. I reset it over night. It appears to have fixed 70% . can access to screens but the screen wake still appears and long delay when pressing back button before it reacts.
I sent a request in too.

@carrowred, no jogs for me. I tore my hip labrum last year and was "fixed" but no more running....
I was really hoping for some Fitbit Tech support. I will keep posting with the hope it can be fixed. I have reset 2 times now and restarted about 10. It is still buzzing every few seconds.

I just went through live chat. It turns out that there is no fix for our problem. I got 25% off next purchase. Since yours is almost fixed, I am not sure it is worth it for you. Just wanted to let you know.

Mine had the same problem with 2 days left on the warrenty. It also logged 147,000 steps while sitting on a bed, and wouldn't show heart beats. Fitbit replaced the product.

Thanks so much. Let me know what they say. I did another factory restart. It isn't buzzing as much and I cannot see the time unless I press the back button, but I can live with that.
I must say I am very envious of your upcoming Scottish Highlands walk. Wish I could go to. I have a lot of Scot ancestry and hope to visit someday! Best of luck on your trip!

Mine started doing the same thing, started within the last week or so. Keeps buzzing with the screen lighting up and displaying "nothing new." On closer observation, it seems that the Ionic is behaving as if the top right button is being pressed randomly and on it's own.
I've tried powering on/off, soft reset, factory reset... no resolution.

Mine started doing this yesterday. I have reset it several times. It works for awhile then goes back to buzzing and changing screens on its own.
