Ionic - Clock Error

Hi there anyone know how to get rid of the Clock Error message ?

Ive tried everything people have posted , re-installing the app , syncing again , changing the location syncing and changing back to correct location and switching off the automatic location aswell . 
I don’t want to do a factory reset and lose all of my data 

I don’t have loads of apps synced with it either 

it’s about to get returned if this can’t be fixed hope someone can help

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to follow the next steps to restart your Ionic device. Keep in mind that a restart process will not erase the information that's stored on your device:

 

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
