Ionic - Clock Face Problems

My ionic's clock face is no longer visible. It's told me to select another from the app. I've tried several but they won't install. I can't access anything on the watch including settings to reboot. Any suggestions on what i can do? Or do i have to take it back from where i purchased it?

Have you tried a restart? Hold bottom right and left buttons together for approx 10 secs and see if that helps.
