Ionic - Clock Face problems

My ionic's clock face is no longer visible. It's told me to select another from the app. I've tried several but they won't install. I can't access anything on the watch including settings to reboot. Any suggestions on what i can do? Or do i have to take it back from where i purchased it?

Hi,

holding the left button and lower right button for 5-9 sec didn't work?

 

In Option you have also the posibility to shut down the Ionic.

Hi Mark,Thanks for your reply.Tried holding the buttons and the fitbit logo appeared for a few seconds then the screen went black. I pressed the middle left button and it went back to the screen telling me to load another clock screen. Tried again and it won't load.Since i don't have a screen, i can't access settings to turn off and reboot.I'm stuck now..
