Ionic Clock error

I paid for a clock face a few weeks ago and i've just received a Clock error message and telling me to pick a new clock? is this correct after me paying for a clock face?

It is telling you to pick a new clock because the current one is not installed correctly or got corrupted. 

I doubt it will work but you could try a restart of the ionic. 

You probably will have to pick a new clock ten choose your current one. 

However you will find that it needs to be re-registered. When you do you will choose the already purchased option and type in the email used when purchasing .

Hold in the left and lower right button until you see the Fitbit logo. You may need to hold them in for up to 30 seconds .

 

Or to get a clock back, choose a different one to load, then load the clock you want.
