Ionic Death

Wife’s ionic died. Only year and half old. Disappointing to only be offered 25% discount on a new one. Why would I spend another large sum of $ on something unreliable and no longevity? Tried all the tricks and nothing! Very disappointing product. Apple will get my future business.

Mine got to about a year-ish old and just stopped holding a charge for more than 14 hours or so.  I did everything I could.  Super disappointing.  It was my father's day present last year and I loved it so.

Sorry buddy, you're pretty much SOL. I asked support if I should just throw mine in the garbage and they recommended I take it to an electronics recycling facility. 300 bucks down the drain.
