Ionic Display Back Light Not Working and Turning Off Randomly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have loved my iconic watch until two weeks ago.  The back light on the watch face is randomly working. There does not appear to be a trigger as to when the I get the black screen.  The operations appear to continue to function but I can't see the data so whats the point.  I've tried multiple things to address the  issue but nothing appears to improve the random black screen.  Often when I have back light the intensity is so low its difficult to read the screen.  I have had my iconic just over a year.  It is very frustrating to have an expensive watch that does not function correctly.   Please help me solve this problem.
