My iconic is fine when I just use it to track my steps each day but each time I do any exercise and track it through the run or work out feature my iconic dies really quickly. Today I made sure it was charged to 100 per cent cos I was running a half marathon and I needed it to pace myself but it died at 9 miles. Any ideas why this is happening and how I can sort it out xz

This has happened to me twice also - have 30-50% battery and go for a run with music - 1km in my watch goes dead. I'm the same - just charging to 100% to reduce risk. It's so annoying.

@Claire1980 @SelBech Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic's battery draining too quickly.
There are a couple of features that may be draining it quicker. Please take a look a these tips to improve its battery. Features like music, GPS, app usage, notifications, screen wake, and others will drain the battery quicker.
