I'm having trouble with just about anything I use my ionic for. Mainly lag time in notification functions and connectivity issues with my phone. I'm running iOS and haven't had a problem for the year-ish that I've had the watch for. But for the past two weeks or so, my notifications will stop going to my watch. I'll get texts, then after an arbitrary amount of time, I'll stop getting them and need to restart my watch. Or I'll try to swipe to see if I've gotten notifications and it freezes completely, with the second hand being stuck for over a minute in extreme cases.
Any fixes for this? I'm constantly looking for updates, but I'm also worried the most recent update may have caused these crashes.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @sn0ttypippen! Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Fitbit Ionic. Thanks for taking the time to restart it, nice way to go!
Since you're having syncing issues, I'd like you to make sure that your Fitbit Ionic is still connected to your Fitbit account. Maybe the tracker got unpaired and that's why it's not syncing? Also, check if the tracker is still appearing on the phone's Bluetooth settings.
Keep in mind that a syncing difficulties may be caused by a missing requirement. Check the following:
If your device still won't sync, try these steps:
If the notification issue also persists after checking the above, I'd recommend taking a look at the article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Give this a go and let me know the outcome!

Thank you for the detailed feedback, Marre! I've gone through and tried each step you've suggested, and I now have partial success. When a call comes in to my iPhone, the watch alerts me in real-time that a call is coming in.
However, I still have limited alerts . I've ensured everything is "enabled", and am now at a loss of what to try next. iMessages and texts are not coming through. They're not "viewed" on my iPhone. So, that's not impeding them to be pushed along. Strange..

Hey there @MDR_Ionic, thanks for jumping in here! You're very welcome @MDR_Ionic, I'm glad to hear that the steps worked for you!
Since your Ionic can receive app notifications make sure you can receive app notifications on your phone. For example, you can receive Facebook notifications on your Fitbit device, but only if you also receive them on your phone. Find the notifications permissions under Settings > Notifications.
1. In the phone itself select "Settings", "Notifications", "iMessages" then ensure "Allow Notifications" is enabled.
2. In iMessages "Settings" and ensure "Show Notifications" is enabled.
As Ionic can receive notifications from other apps on your phone, tap App Notifications and make your choices. If an installed app is missing from the list, sync your device and then check again.
Hope this helps, keep me updated!
