Hello - when I tried to set my exercise ap this morning at OT, it would not open?  Anyone have this issue?  Any solutions, I sent email to support but want to see if this community has an answer.

It's pretty weird that you're unable to track workout. Since, you mentioned you already contacted our Support team, I would like you to continue the communication through email, this to avoid any duplicate troubleshooting.
