Ionic Fitbit Wallet draining battery

I have been using my Fitbit for 2 months now and I'm a very light user (no activity training) only the normal all day HR log and sleeping track. The watch battery for the first month was just as advised 4 to 5 days (brilliant). But for a month or so this has changed, changed a lot. Now the battery is not holding up for more than 30h.

I don't have any 3rd party apps and I am currently using the Fitbit original watch face.
Things that I have already tried:
- factory reset
- disabled all day sync
- disabled the always connected
- disabled all types of notifications (including the reminders to move)

After the factory reset, I Did not set up the Fitbit wallet for a few days and the battery lasted for 4 days. But as soon as I reconfigured my Wallet the problem is back.

My main decision point in choosing to spend €300 euros a Fitbit was the battery life. Can someone please escalate this issue so the developers can work on getting it fixed? I see a loot of users with the same issue and all that I can see as a "solution" is requests to Factory reset and turn off things (notification, alarms, etc...). As an application developer myself, I can not agree that this is a solution. The watch battery use to last 4+ days with all this ON!!!

@Bru.Alcaraz  Definitely reach out to Support.. My Fitbit developed odd battery issues and was getting a sudden drain at about 4 days.. When I restarted I would get another 2 days..  This went on for a few weeks, some weeks 6.5 days with no sudden loss, it was random and one instance I awoke with a dead flat battery.

I documented this via Fitbit Support emails and have now received my replacement Ionic and my battery life is back to 6+ days. 24/7, Fitbit Pay, All Day sync off, and Always connected On. All Notifications work. No GPS in that.

Hello @Bru.Alcaraz if you would like Fitbit to look into this then I suggest reaching out to Fitbit. The link is in the right hand menu and under Help on the web and the Fitbit app.

If there is something the comuncommof Fitbit users can help you with, please let us know.

There is many things to do he community can do or advise, but if we want to see what is happening inside the tracker, it is better to contact Fitbit since they have the tools to do so. The community of Fitbit users may not, ok we don't.
