Ionic Fitbit is not taking a charge

My ionic watch which is only 2 years will not take a charge.  The watch needed to be charged but when I connected the charger to the watch and nothing happened. I tried a couple of different electrical outlets but the watch did not respond.  What are my options?   Is there a battery that needs to be replaced?

any information would be appreciated.

@Vegasmark Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for letting me know that you've had your Ionic for 2 years. I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.

Fitbit Ionic doesn't have a replaceable battery. However, I would like you to make sure you've followed all the procedure mentioned in this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Let me know the outcome.
