Ionic Food/calorie counter problem!

For the past 5 days I have been working out at the gym, I have taken today off as a rest day, so I’ve been playing on my Xbox for majority of the day, I have eaten my breakfast which was 440 calories (including milk) it is now 5.58pm and my Fitbit is saying I’m in the zone, and I have 100 calories left for the day, so how can this be possible? I have only eaten my breakfast, I feel like I’m starving!

Welcome to the Community @Angeleyes848! The calories that you're allow to eat are based in the Food Plan that you chose. In order for your Food Plan to be completely accurate, you should be logging all the food and your Ionic needs to sync so it can properly reflect how many calories you can still eat.

You can learn more about it by checking How do I track my food with Fitbit?

Also, here's a explanation of another Community member in how in the zone calories will work: Imagine your food plan is set to 500 deficit? When having burned 1879 calories and eaten 1527, the deficit is 327 (1879 - 1527), you have a deficit of 327 while the food plan is 500, so 173 calories have been eaten more and the 'in the zone' indicates you are over because of not being in the deficit range of 500.

Hope this clarifies any doubt! Robot Happy
