hello my fitbit ionic one month now gps not working... stuck at "CONNECTING" and never connect... i sent many email to the support center but nobody reply... is not even a year from the day i buy and is not working. somebody to help? i am very disappointed with your service .. nobody say nothing ... i fell like the stole my money and they dont care for anything... i expect more from them but nothing.. i try anything restart -close open but nothing stuck at "CONNECTING"

is nothing work I try everything and nobody answer from the email ... I thing you tricked your customers and you don’t care for nothing only for our money ... I m very disappointed from this company 1 month now try to contact you but the people on your company doesn’t care for us .. 1 year the watch and you don’t care to help... only money and money
