My Fitbit Ionic hasn't been recording my stairs for about 2 months now. I have reset, the device, the app, but nothing works. Is this a manufacturer issue? Is there a way to solve this or does the watch need to be sent away?

Your fitbit tracks floors by measuring changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can cause this problem.
Try cleaning it with, for example, an old toothbrush or a can of compressed air. Don't poke anything into the hole though as this can cause more problems.
