My last 3 times using my Ionic to track my runs have not been very successful. The map part of the tracking shows where I ran but the distance says 0.00 miles. Makes no sense, any ideas?

@sntsftbllad It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about the GPS tracking issue that your Fitbit Ionic has experienced.

Please restart your Ionic as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how the GPS feature works on your Fitbit device. This article also contains some troubleshooting steps for you to try.

Finally, monitor your Ionic during your next exercises and see if it tracks GPS data properly.
