I have restarted many times and still my GPS is searching. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled my fitbit and the app with no luck. I am not sure what is going on. Elizabeth.

Has this problem been solved? The same thing has been happening with my Fitbit over the last week. In places where I have used it numerous times without problem, my Fitbit now keeps searching for gps, or finds it only to lose the signal again. I have used my Fitbit since Dec 2018 with no other problems. I tried rebooting, also switching it off and on again. What else could I do?

It got worse. It stopped vibrating and then stopped counting steps. I bought a new one and this one reboots when I run or walk in gps mode. Fitbit told me that not all ionics do this so they will not cover it under warranty. When I asked why I wasn’t told about this issue before I purchased a new one they would not answer me. Wish it was better news.
