Exercise mode does not turn on. Have latest firmware, turned on/off numerous times. help!!

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for restarting your device prior to posting too, seems odd that your Ionic is behaving in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? When you try to open the Exercise app, what happens? Your device doesn't respond or it goes back to the home screen?

I resolved it. I had to reset the watch back to the factory default.
