Ionic GPS, sleep, etc. issues

My Ionic watch has been playing up recently. Firstly when running my watch misses part of the run, when suing the GPS. Sleep hasn’t been being registered for a couple of weeks, even though I have restarted, checked software, changed clock face, etc. Today the clock stopped working and needed a new one downloading, now the heart rate won't log at all. Getting frustrated as I love my watch!

Yeah have found the device is glitchy.

You can try to restart a few times - or shutdown - or change clockfaces - or even reset to factory if feeling lucky.  The odd time the device works better after that.

Failing that would contact Tech Support and see if they can make it work properly.  If defective they normally will replace it.

Really there is no need to suffer in Frustration - simply call Tech Support at 877-623-4997 and get your Ionic replaced right now while you can
Many have followed this straightforward advice and now have a replacement Ionic - we all should have “zero tolerance” for any defective Ionic

Thanks for the messages. I have done everything that I have been advised, ending with a factory reset. Now the heart rate doesn’t change at all - stuck at 79, so no sleep or heart rate logging.

@Howson2

I think the best solution is to contact Fitbit Support.
