I have the Ionic and it says HRV range should be much higher then I am averaging. I check every morning from my metric information and HRV ranges from 18 - 22 for months now and I should be 3 to 4 times that. Is this actually accurate or should I be reaching out to my doctor to discuss? If not an accurate measure then all good and I will ignore this status but wanted to check with everyone out there that looks at this too?

Hi @wheels965,
I would check with your doctor as your Ionic isn't a medical device.
