Ionic Health/Activity Notifications

Hello,

I’ve been using the Ionic since Monday and so far I’m happy with it. However, on my Charge 2 HR I used to get notifications when I reached my step goal for the day and also a reminder to go to sleep. I get neither or these on the IonIc. Is this a missing feature or have I got a faulty unit?

If you go into the Account tab, select your Ionic, scroll down to Main Goal, and select the goal you want. It says there “Ionic will show daily goal progress and celebrate when you reach this goal”.

Reminder to sleep I’ve not come across, only reminders to move.

Yes I’m getting reminders to move but not acknowledgment that I have reached my step goal - something which I recieved on every other Fitbit I have owned.
