I purchased an Iconic just after they were introduced. I had a Flex for years and loved it, but now I am thrilled with the upgrade.
I have three small suggestions that would really improve the Iconic.
1. In the timer mode it would be great to have an option to have the Iconic buzz and then repeat the timer. This is an option on most cheap digital watches. It's perfect for timing things like stretches where I just want to move from one position to the next without having to reset the timer each time.
2. I'd also like to be able to add notes on workouts monitored by the tracker. After a run I'd love to be able to add things like weather, if I brought my dog along, or how I felt going in.
3. It would be great to be able to copy manually entered workouts. I do a short push-up/sit-up workout every other day and it would be nice to just copy and change the date rather than have to re-enter the info over and over.
I love the tracker, but these slight tweaks would take it to the next level.

It's great to hear that you're taking advantage of your tracker. I was reading your ideas so I checked the Feature Suggestions Board and found the following:
1. I found this idea, the user is requesting a stopwatch and countdown for the Fitbit Ionic if you find interesting you can vote for it and add your comments.
2. In this idea the user was requesting to have the ability to add notes on your daily results, the status idea changed to Not currently planned since there are no plans to release this feature.
3. The third improvement you shared I believe is a bit too specific so I didn't find an idea that match with it, so I recommend going to the Feature Suggestion board and post it there. Our product development teams consult regularly to ensure we're delivering on what our customers need and want.

Another suggestion that I think can happen pretty easily, would be to allow the tracker to tell us just how far we are from the next daily milestone, for instance, after you hit your goal (10,000), you can say, you are only 3,500 step from 15,000 and so on. I think having some sort of indication that you just hit another 5,000 or 10,000 steps in a day would be cool, and to tell you how far from a personal best would be neat as well. Just a thought.
