I went overseas and for the first week the Ionic was working well and tracking activities, however it came up on an update on the app last week. I attempted to update it, but would not start or run. Since then the watch does not track steps (says I've made 42 when it was 24000+) and none of the tracks locked onto GPS :-(. I've never had this issue before. I read the forum suggestions and tried to change the clock face and reset the watch with two buttons, but it will not sync and is showing the GMG +2 time while I am in GMT -5.
Any advice on what to do? Lost a week of data and a lot of cool tracks.
Please help?

You could try a factory reset on the Ionic. This will reset the watch to factory settings (the reset you tried before was a soft reset, which basically causes it to shut down and start up only). Scroll to the "Settings" option on the watch and then select "Reset To Factory Settings". Please sync if you can before you do this, as it will wipe out all the memory on the Ionic. It will then start anew for you, so you would have to go through the setup process once again. All of your previously synced stats will still be on your account, so you won't need to worry about losing those, just the ones that you haven't synced yet.
