Have been out for two long runs this week since the update where the running screen has gone back to the home screen midrun and the data doesn't seem to be there. Obviously it's faulty and needs returning but before I do does anyone have any idea if there's a way to retrieve the missing run data? The distance has counted towards my days total but the run doesn't show up in exercise. It's really infuriating!

Hi @Daddsy,
Sorry to hear that. Sounds like the watch is having an issue with tracking. I've only had that happen once. If you perform a sync, you may get some of the run data before the crash. But if it doesn't show up in the app after a sync, I'm afraid it's most likely lost.

Yep, unfortunately after syncing I have date for the first mile and last 1.8 miles as seperate runs (before the last 1.8 miles it vibrated to say "starting exercise app" so I'm guessing it crashed and then tried to start a new one. Shame. It's a bit annoying as up until last month's updates this watch was working perfectly and I'm unsure if it's just stopped over time or whether the firmware is playing up. Guess it's worth chatting to support in the morning and see what they say.

Did you contact support? Any update? I've had this happen during 3 runs and I am beyond annoyed. I'm training for Ragnar and am ready to throw this watch in the garbage. I miss my Garmin! It happened 2 miles into my run this morning and I plan to ditch the watch unless I get some promising news! Thanks!

Am having exactly the same problems, whether it be a run, workout, it just appears to crash and go back to the main screen. Will be contacting support as what is the point of a fitness tracker that doesn't track!
