Ionic | Losing previous day's data

Hey, I have the new Ionic and over the last 2 days I've been losing the previous days data on my dashboard, anyone else experiencing this?

i have an active support case with my fitbit ionic. I use a treadmill desk and when I sync my device after a long walk or work, the active minutes drops massively (say I was at 137 active minutes, this would drop down to c10 minutes after the sync) and my hourly activity is not tracked correctly back to the app.

The wrong active minutes is synced down to my ionic watch and in the app.

The wrong hourly activity is shown in the app but not on the ionic watch.

My ionic hasn't recorded the 5 days of activities. I have also experienced syncing, Bluetooth,and general connectivity issues. This is so frustrating!!!!
