I am very disappointed in the Ionic. I have had nothing but problems sense I have purchased it. The first one i had syncing problems and had to return it, wait 3weeks for the new one and it has charging problems. Ugh...so frustrating!! It now will not charge at all! Im so done with it.

@Cjh001 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are currently having wit your replacement Ionic not charging.
In this case, I'd recommend trying all of the different steps shown on this helpful article about batteries not charging. This has helped other users in the past.
Also, have you reported this back to customer support? They should follow up with you as you already have a case with them.
