Ionic syncing the correct time but the wrong date

Hi I have a mac and a honor 9 lite so cannot set up or sync with either if these. I have also acquired an iPad 2 and when I sync it to this it is syncing to the wrong date it is sy cing to one day before. I the checked the iPad date and its correct. I have checked the time zone and this is correct.  Please help

@Paulmalton Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic showing incorrect date. Thanks for sharing all of those details.

 

This is odd, as the time zone settings on the Fitbit app are correct. In this case, it could be that you are using an out of date version of the Fitbit app. 

 

The current version for iOS devices is version 2.87 released on February the 4th, 2019. Which version are you using?

 

If you do not have the latest one; please feel free to update it. This should help you out with this.

 

If doing this doesn't resolve the issue; please try changing your clock face to another one. This has helped other users in the past too that have experienced similar situations.
