Ionic Not Compatible with Vivo V11 Pro

Very soon people will stop buying Fitbit for sure...

No support my Vivo V11 Pro is still not supportable and also OP2 is not supportable.

Do Fitbit compel us to buy mobile only which is supported by Fitbit by paying 350 USD

What a wast of money and irresponsible treatment towards customer from Fitbit why OS is not updated timely to get it supported by new device

@IonicSyncink I hope you're doing well! Thanks for sharing your experience and feedback on this thread regarding Ionic compatibility with your mobile device.

You can find the list of supported devices here which gets updated every time a new device gets added.

The developer team is aware of the need to add new devices to the list of compatible devices. There are some users who can synchronize with non-compatible devices. If your phone meets the requirement of Minimum Supported OS (Android 5.0 Lollipop), you can try the tips on this helpful article.

Note that we don't guarantee that the synchronization will be successful as we are still testing on this phone model.

Keep me posted!
