My ionic notifications stopped working twice since I got the watch a year ago .
This is how I fixed it and if your having the same problem hopefully it works for you .
Im using an iPhone 7 Plus .
I go into my Bluetooth setting on my phone and forget the ionic . Once I forget it you’ll need to pair it up again.
Easy way to do it is go into your Fitbit app . Go to settings page , go into notifications , then the phone will ask you to pair the ionic .
Obviosuly yes! .
Once it’s paired . It will automatically sync.
I go into notification on the app turn it all off. Once I go back to settings page It will sync. Go back in notifications turn your call and message on again or whatever u like . Then go back .
On your watch , hold the left button. Go to notification turn it off n on .
Usually once u re-pair the Bluetooth it should work from there but if it doesn’t then you’ll need to start turning notification off and on and so forth with the watch.
This problem happened to me twice and it seems like a bluetooth problem between phone n watch . Hopefully it works for you all . If not , goodluck .
