Have had the Ionic since the spring and it has been a! It worked well for such a short while but the majority of the time it doesn't sync or it displays some of the data but not all. Had a choice between Fitbit brand and Apple watch....definitely regret the choice. I do not think that the procedure should be to disconnect from Bluetooth, remove the Ionic, reinstall the Ionic....and on and on! I actually stopped using the app for the last 2 months and just used it as a watch and pedometer because it was such a pain. Tried to use the app again, thinking that maybe things have gotten better - nope! Are there any new "tricks" to actually use this the way is was designed to be used?

@dstoever Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you are having with Ionic not syncing. Thanks for trying all of those steps in order to sort this out.
What kind of phone are you using? Is it a compatible device?
I'd recommend trying all of the syncing troubleshooting steps shown here in order to sort this out. Try these steps in the order given for best results. If you already did some of those steps, try them again.
I also went ahead and contacted you via PM. Please keep an eye on your Community inbox.
