I bought my Ionic on June 16, 2019. The screen went black this morning and wont turn on.

 

I've tried all the trouble shooting

-reset

-plug into different ports

-start button

-cleaning

 

This seems like a common thing with these. Pretty disappointing considering I've only had it 1.5 months and I baby this thing!!

 

Also, I was on the live chat with a lady but got disconnected. The help phone line asks for a pin#... So I can't get in touch with anyone, again disappointing.

 

Hoping I can get a refund at least.
