Only had Ionic since Jan, wear it nearly every day. Have followed guidelines for care and one day it simply wouldn’t turn on. I’ve tried cleaning both the charger and charging connection on the watch, the charger is not compromised nor are the outlets. Right at 6 months and it’s useless? Help!

Try another charger. Preferably a QC (Quick Charge) certified charger if you can find someone with one. It has a higher current output that *may* help.
If your display sometimes brings up 0%. When and while this is displayed, press and hold ALL 3 buttons in until the Fitbit logo appears.
