Ionic not charging

I have cleaned the sensors with a toothpick and every other troubleshooting option, correct charger etc. Ionic won’t turn on, or charge after it was perfectly fine prior to running out of battery. I have tried holding down every combination of buttons, while in correct charging point and Fitbit ionic charger.  Another thread I read was closed and stated to start a new topic concerning this if still experiencing issues after doing all troubleshooting.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
