You're Ionic Fitbit watch is starting to get beyond a joke.
Let me list the issues:
(1) Fully charged last night, 0% this morning - why?
(2) Now showing a time 7 hours behind my current time zone - why?
(3) Poor sync - why? It can works for days, but then suddenly gives up and requires lots of watch/phone restarting combinations.
(4) You bought Pebble software, which worked fine. Why doesn't yours? My Pebble watch very rarely failed to sync with my Android phone. The software for connectivity seemed stable and solid. I could install Apps no problem. With the FitBit, I regular have to have several attempts to install an App because it keeps losing connection to the watch. In other words, the connection between watch and phone doesn't seem completely stable.
This is not a cheap device and it is not working properly
If it is supposed to work over a particular version of Bluetooth then it should work with any device that supports that particular version of Bluetooth. Otherwise you cannot claim it is compatible. So, you say it uses Bluetooth LE so if a phone supports Bluetooth LE then the watch ought to work correctly. This is because Bluetooth is a standard and standards are just that - standard across devices! I have other Bluetooth LE devices that work perfectly happily with my phone.
Your list of supported Android devices is a mix bag of random makes and models. Take the newer Google phones, for instance, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2XL and very shortly the Pixel 3 and Pixel 3XL. These Google's flagship phones, running pure Android, and, if any Android device is supported by Fitbit, it ought to be these because of the 'pure Android' nature.
I have also noticed that the list of supported devices hasn't change much in over a year, but a large amount of devices have been released by the major manufacturers. Either the list if out-of-date, or you are not carrying out regular testing against newer models.

@amm_66 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with Ionic's screen not showing all data correctly. Thanks for trying the restart steps in order to sort this out.
In this case, I'd recommend changing your clock face to another one. This has helped other users in the past and should help you too.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
