Ionic Notification Issues

I'm so unbelievably angry. My ionic has stopped receiving text and call notifications, just like the majority of other people on here. I've uninstalled/reinstalled app, unpaired/repaired bluetooth, reset ionic device, turned phone off/on, reset up wifi network, turned off/on notifications, rechosen notification apps. You name it, I've tried it. Looked thru dozens of fitbit "troubleshooting" posts. When is Fitbit going to take responsibility for this bug and fix it. I've opened a Fitbit Flex, Flex2 and now Ionic. Never have I been so disappointed in spending $299 for something that didn't provide an adequate resolution to the issues.

Have you tried restarting it several times?  Have you tried a factory reset?  What phone are you using? Have you contacted Support? (link in my signature)

Wow!  I thought it was just me.  I purchased my Ionic in December 2017 and it stopped sending notification about March 2018.  On June 4, 2018, the screen went black.  I'm waiting for a replacement.

I have now ditched the ionic I've had for 2 months because fitbit ionic isn't compatible with my huawei P10 so I've gone back to garmin and got a vivoactive 3 no issues at all as garmin has addressed the problem with huawei and unstable Bluetooth connection if garmin can do it why can't fitbit very disappointed if I had known that from the start I would never have wasted nearly $400 on ionic

I've gone back to Polar. I was a fitbit user for 8 years and spend $1000
last Christmas on Fitbit products for family and firends. Never again.
