Ionic Notifications not Vibrating

Ionic is not vibrating with notifications. Stopped working after last update. Am receiving notifications however without the screen turning on and no vibration. Alarm and timer vibrate but not notification. Tried setting it up as a new device.  Am still having problems. Suggestions appreciated.

Oh good, it's not just me! Having exactly the same issue. Also, first full charge after update, battery lasted less than 24 hours! Battery fine now, but notification issues like you. Have emailed them. They tried to tell me it was my charger port, but I see here others have had the same issue since the updates.

I’ve got the same problem. It’s not vibrating for my 10,000 steps etc. It does vibrate for alarm and timer. What’s going on Mr Fitbit?
