Ionic Quick View feature not working

When I rotate my wrist to check time, the screen remains blank. I can get the time only by pushing the button on left.

That usually means you have 'Screen Wake' turned off.  If not that, it could be you are in 'Sleep Mode'.  You can probably find both of these in 'Settings'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Just as @JohnnyRow posted, the Quick View feature of your Ionic device maybe deactivated in your account settings. To check if such is the case, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap your device image.
  3. Find the option to turn off Quick View.  

 

If by any chance this feature is activated, you can restart your Ionic and then let me know if the issue persists.
