My Ionic is rebooting erratically while I train. This will happen maybe 3 times a week, then for the next week it will not happen and then suddenly it will start happening again. I tried to reboot it every time before I start training but it is still happening. This result in me not being able to track my training sessions. I've tried to switch off alarms, make sure the battery is fully charged, let it run flat and then charging it but no luck. This is so frustrating as it happens when I don't 'expect' it. Sometimes after 30 minutes of training, sometimes before 15 minutes of training - no pattern. Also when tracking different exercises - sometimes while I'm running, sometimes on the treadmill ... again no pattern. I'm not sure what why this is happening and I really want to fix this as I love my Ionic. Any advise will be appreciated. Thanks.

@EllmariW A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this.
I appreciate the troubleshooting tried prior to posting, I see where your frustration is coming from.
I would like you to try the following troubleshooting:
- Change the clock face
- Clean your Ionic
Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Unfortunately this issue of the Ionic rebooting has been here since at least Oct 2017 so we are now at our 3rd Anniversary. I did some research some months ago on the number of issues reported by users which I detailed in a post. Interestingly, when I have just gone and looked at the post one of the moderators has removed all the list of topics raised on the subject that I put in the post. https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/ionic-keeps-rebooting-during-runs/m-p/4334943#M132225
The only thing I can suggest is to switch off any notifications as this has stopped mine crashing. It does mean that I don't get notifications that i have set ie 1km, 2km etc when out on runs. Hope that helps because unfortunately you are unlikely like the rest of us to see a fix.
