Very disappointed w/ Fitbit Ionic recall. I've followed Fitbit's instructions and sent in my Ionic in May 2024. They confirmed receipt then. I have called in several times and have been told I should be getting a refund any day. I have not received one. I called in again this last week and they said it's still in "review."
That's over 6 months now.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @d105. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your Fitbit Ionic refund.
Could you please let me know if you called the recall center or Fitbit in order to get information regarding your refund?

Thank you for the response, Andrea.
I have called both the recall center and Fitbit and talked to both multiple times. Everybody was nice but NOBODY had any conclusive information other than letting me know that my Ionic was received. Actually, one representative from the recall center did have some conclusive information. He told me that my refund would be processed any day but that was months ago so that message was wrong. As mentioned in my initial post, I was told last week that it was still in "review".
