Ionic Resetting continually

I started up my running app this morning on the fitbit ionic (about 1 year old) and it suddenly went to the Fitbit logo.  I have plugged it in, but all it keeps doing is continuously looping on reset it appears.  The Fitbit logo comes up, then goes away, then comes back.  All of the buttons appear to be functioning ok, aka not stuck.  Help?

Have you tried restarting your Ionic by following the steps listed here?

HI.

Thanks for the info, unfortunately it is still not working. I have been on
contact with the Fitbit people and they are only offering me a discount on
a new one since mine is past the 1 yr. Thanks for the help anyway.
