When I was looking for fitness watches I did a search, as I am sure many of you have done, for the best fitness watches. My deciding factors were heart rate reading reliability, general reliability, cost, food tracking and database, ease of use, can I swim with it? Fitbit ionic kept coming up over and over again. I decided between a Garmin and a fitbit. The ionic won. Is it possible I did not? Although I am not having many of the issues some of you report, I am frustrated by a few things. Why am I starting this topic? Well I did not see any of these problems on the internet when I was looking for. They seem to be hidden in the confines of this community message board. Should I have looked further? Probably. My point it many of you are suggesting people not spend their money on this product. I think the only people seeing that is us, not the potential consumers Fitbit is looking for.
