Ionic Sleep Tracking not working

Sleep tracking is not working. Just switched from Charge HR to Ionic. The last couple of weeks, the app was not showing sleep when i was using the Charge HR. I assumed there was an issue with the Charge HR since none of the troubleshoot options worked.

 

Since yesterday, i started using the Ionic, but the issue with sleep tracking has continued. Deleted and reinstalled the app, but still have the problem.

 

The issue is only with sleep tracking, Steps and everytihng else working as is.

I am having the same issue on my iconic, it doesn't track my sleep everyday It's very sporadic.

Mine is clearly a software issue. I used the Charge HR for a few years and sleep tracking was working fine. Sleep tracking stopped a few weeks back and continued even after i switched to the Ionic.
