Ionic Stopped Calculating Sleep Scores

June 2nd was the last time my Ionic gave me a sleep score.  I get the total sleep time with times awake and restlessness, but no score.  I have since updated the app and restarted my Fitbit.  What else can be done?  Let me know.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jim1967. I'm sorry to hear that your Ionic stopped calculating Sleep scores. 

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, currently there is a Voluntary Safety Recall of Fitbit Ionic Smartwatches and won't be more updates. For more information, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

I wanted to let you know that I'm going to close this thread to keep the community organized and prevent any confusion if you have questions regarding a different device please post your query on the correct board.

Hi @Jim1967  the Ionic is under a voluntary recall. There won't be any further firmware updates to it since it's been recalled.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
