Hi. After swimming laps yesterday my Ionic works but the touchscreen aspect is no longer working and my screen is very dim. I don't know what to do and I cannot use this for anything except just a normal watch since i cannot push or swipe or change anything since the touchscreen function is not working. I sent a message to the fitbit twitter support last night and have not has a response. This is very frustrating.

I've done all the resetting with the back button and bottom button to restart the watch but still the touch aspect is not working.
