My ionic keeps turning itself off and I’ve only had it since Christmas.

 

today I was 300m into a swim and it went back and would not come back. Even after charging for hours.

 

last time it was right before a 5k race and it shut down and didn’t come back until I place it on the charger for several hours and did the restart.

 

ive looked at the forums and tried all solutions and nothing is working yet.

in both instances the Fitbit was fully charged just before it crapped out.

 

ideas?

Sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your Ionic.

 

As you mention this happened after swimming, I would personally think it is some kind of water damage. Seeing that you have already tried all available troubleshooting, I would say your only option now is to contact customer support. They will be able to check your warranty status and discuss any options available to you.
