I went to update software last night on my Ionic. It has been installing for over 10 hours and my Ionic won’t even turn on. I thought the update might have killed the battery (80% when I started update) but I plugged it into the charger and still just a black screen. Come on Fitbit, you can produce a better product than this.
I too updated last night, says my battery is 81% yet my tracker is dead. I tried the back and bottom button, tried charging for an hour, nothing works the screen is black and the back battery sensors aren’t blinking.
