Ionic Watch Unresponsive

Hi there, 

 

The other day I updated my fit bit app however, since then, I have experienced nothing but issues with my Ionic watch.

 

Firstly, my resting heart rate went from average 50 bpm up to 61 bpm in a matter of days. During this time, I had kept myself active and had been feeling well. 

Secondly, I ‘Shutdown’ the watch this morning briefly but it Instantly became unresponsive. I can no longer switch the watch back on. I’ve tried charging the watch, even though I know the battery was on 70% last night, but this has not worked. 

Please can the fitbit team offer advice

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
