Woke up and my ionic will not wake up. Plug in for over an hour, no change. Press and hold left and bottom right button, no change. Press and hold all 3 buttons, no change. Plugged into the computer, no change. Please help!

I just chatted with support and they are processing a warranty replacement. Cleaned the contacts, tried different outlets, confirmed there were no lights on anywhere. It's dead 😵
Now Fitbit has posted a "Solution", but the link goes right back to these common complaints. Catch 22!

Best AnswerI am having the same issue where Ionic is just a black screen. It’s a shame that so many Ionics at a cost of $270+ have stopped working In less than a year in use and all the want to offer is 20% off on another Ionic. How about a true fix and find out why this happening. Really bad business.
@eduardovk yes I purchased in January through an authorized dealer so the 1 year warranty is still in effect.
