As soon as the most recent update was pushed out my Ionic has stopped connecting with my phone.  It won’t connect to WiFi in order to run the update.  It won’t connect with my phone to update daily stats.  Any help?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Bish3! I'd recommend following the steps detailed in this article to ensure your Ionic is properly connected to your Wi-Fi network.

I would also recommend making sure you are connected to our home Wi-Fi, rather than a work or public network. If you are still having issues connecting your Ionic to Wi-Fi, I would follow the troubleshooting steps detailed, here

If by any chance you're unable to update via Wi-Fi, you do have the option of updating via Bluetooth. However, I do have to advise that this method will increase the time it will take to finish the update.

If you are having any issues when attempting to update via Bluetooth, there are some great troubleshooting steps detailed in this article to help the process.

If you were able to complete the firmware update at 100% and you are not able to sync your Ionic with your Fitbit app, verify each requirement before moving on to the troubleshooting steps.

If your device still won't sync, try these steps:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  3. Open the Fitbit app.
  4. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your iPhone or iPad.
  5. Open the Fitbit app.
  6. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart it

Give this a go and let me know how it goes!
